1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, personal preferences in crystal energy, or natural variations in crystals and gemstones.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Crystals and gemstones that show signs of usage
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
